Stepping into the realm of this nonprofit, I found myself amidst the tail end of a whirlwind rebrand and website revamp orchestrated by an external agency. The project had passed through many hands internally before landing on my plate, just in time to meet an impending deadline. With some nimble tweaks and a dash of creativity, I helped steer it to fruition, ensuring our digital presence sparkled with newfound vitality.
But that was just the beginning of our journey. Amidst the evolving landscape, it became clear that a harmonious digital experience was paramount. Thus, the decision was made to merge two disparate websites, seamlessly integrating our patient community into the fold. seizing this opportunity, I championed the integration of our new website with a robust CRM system, unlocking the power of data to fuel our engagement efforts.
As our organization found its voice, a fresh style guide breathed new life into our brand identity, transforming touchpoints across the board. From email marketing to social media communications, I collaborated closely with our marketing team to craft custom workflows and templates that resonated with our audience on every level.
And as we bid adieu to a sub-brand, the call for a brand guide refresh echoed loud and clear. Stepping into a managerial role, I led the charge, guiding the creative process with a steady hand and rolling up my sleeves when needed. Together with our development team, we brought our vision to life, ensuring our brand shone brightly across every facet of our organization.
